Our "Himalayan Skyline" program lets you experience Nepal in the most relaxed way possible !
On arrival you will be transferred to one of Kathmandu's best five star hotels, the starting point for two days of guided sightseeing of the ancient and colourful relics of the city. Then follows a drive to neighbouring Bhaktapur, city of palaces, beautifully preserved and made into a 'pedestrians only' zone.
Having explored Bhaktapur, you will be transferred to Nagarkot, situated on the 'scenic rim' of Kathmandu, where you will be able to experience the sunset and sunrise over the Himalayas.
On Day 5 a half hour flight will take you from Kathmandu to Pokhara, followed by a drive to the FULBARI RESORT, situated in a beautiful location just outside the town. This exquisite 5-Star Deluxe Resort offers rooms with panoramic views of the Annapurna ranges and over surrounding parkland to the Green Canyon and the Seti Khola Gorge. On-site facilities include a large heated swimming pool and spa, children's splash pool and playground, pony ride trails and jogging trails. The hotel building has been designed in authentic Newari style, following the architecture of the ancient builders of Kathmandu and is surrounded on all sides by spacious lawns and gardens as well as large fishponds.
An early morning drive on Day 6 leads to Sarangkot, high above Pokhara and the classic look-out for face to face views of the Annapurnas. During the rest of the day you can relax in Pokhara, having lunch at the Lakeside and optional boating on the lake. Return to the Fulbari by 4 p.m.
On Day 7 you have the choice of taking it easy at the Resort or having a short day-tour arranged with the aim of exploring the Seti Khola Valley.
Return by air to Kathmandu on Day 8 where your room at the Radisson or Everest Hotel has been reserved for you. The rest is free for shopping etc. On day 9 our friendly staff will transfer you to Kathmandu International Airport.
